The role of this department is to fund the 10 mandated agencies under the Southern Network, in addition to managing the Southern Network’s budget.

Funding the Agencies

• Ensuring funding expenditures are in accordance with service agreements
• Agency relations – working closely with finance personnel
• Developing policies & procedures
• Beginning the process to administer the maintenance program

Management of SN Budget

• Development of Policies
• Manage financial plans and policies
• Accounts Receivable / Payable
• Payroll
• Negotiation of Budgets, Leases, Insurance, etc.
• Assess expenditures on a monthly basis
• Report to the Board of Directors on the financial position of the Southern Network
• Ensure Reporting & Auditing procedures are carried out
• Administer investments
